State Attorney Andrew Warren, a man who used to be one of the wokest, most radical prosecutors in Florida, if not the entire nation, will remain suspended, a judge said last week.
According to Breitbart, Gov. Ron DeSantis and his administration made the decision to suspend the attorney, who served the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County.
The DeSantis administration conducted a thorough review of its various prosecutors, especially as many prosecuting attorneys across the state have gone completely bonkers and no longer adhere to the American justice system.

Warren, Breitbart reported at the time, was suspended by the DeSantis administration, it said, for "refusing to enforce any prohibitions on sex change operations for minors, regardless of action from the legislature, to asserting that he would not enforce any laws relating to protecting the right to life in the Sunshine State."
The governor released a televised statement at the time, explaining his decision.

Radical leftist prosecutors across the country doubled down on their views following the explosion of controversy regarding trans operations for minors and protecting what the left called abortion "rights."
Clearly, those views are frowned upon in deep red Florida, and Gov. DeSantis has shown no signs of stopping his pursuit of eradicating wokeness in his state.
A federal judge just ruled that Governor Ron DeSantis was within his rights when he suspended WOKE prosecutor Andrew Warren.
Another WIN for Hillsborough County and for Florida!

Warren, in the wake of the judge's decision, has responded to the ongoing battle.
"A federal judge ruled DeSantis broke federal & state law by suspending me because my vision as State Attorney didn’t fit w/ his political agenda. The judge said his court lacks the authority to reinstate me but called on Gov to do so. Let’s see what kind of man DeSantis actually is," Warren tweeted.
