White House Leaks Show Aides Angry About Biden's Cognitive State, Democrats Lash Out At Obama

Revelations from President Biden's aides about his limited engagement hours have ignited a wave of criticism and scrutiny regarding his capability to lead the nation.

Fox News reported that aides from the Biden administration disclosed to Axios that President Biden is reliably engaged between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., raising concerns about his cognitive state.

The aides' disclosure highlighted that outside these hours, President Biden is more prone to verbal miscues and fatigue.

This revelation has sparked public debate and criticism from political figures, questioning his ability to lead effectively.

Fox News contributor Jason Chaffetz voiced strong criticism of the Biden administration and Democrats during "The Big Weekend Show," accusing them of hiding the President's condition. "The Biden administration and the Democrats have lied to us every single step of the way... They've been hiding this," Chaffetz stated.

Chaffetz Blames Obama for Biden’s Position

Chaffetz did not stop at the current administration but extended his criticism to former President Barack Obama. He accused Obama of promoting Biden despite his evident decline. "I blame Barack Obama. He's the one that told us that Joe Biden was going to be the guy, but he's in obvious decline," Chaffetz remarked.

Amid these criticisms, President Biden acknowledged his struggles during a rally in North Carolina. "I don't walk as easily as I used to, I don't speak as smoothly as I used to, I don't debate as well as I used to... but I know how to tell the truth," Biden confessed.

White House spokesperson Andrew Bates responded to these criticisms, emphasizing two perceptions of President Biden. Bates highlighted Biden's determination and experience, stating, "[There] is one Joe Biden, who works his heart out fighting for families like the one he grew up in in Scranton."

Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich expressed grave concerns about the country’s state under Biden’s leadership. She pointed out the dangerous position the country is in due to the President's cognitive state, which is visible globally.

"The country is in a very dangerous position right now with the President of the United States in this cognitive state that everybody can see around the world," Pavlich noted.

Pavlich also mentioned that Democrats have been aware of Biden’s condition for months. She emphasized the difficult situation the Democratic Party faces with the DNC convention approaching soon.

Kamala Harris Not An Option

Despite the concerns, Axios reported that there is a belief Biden has a better chance of defeating former President Trump compared to Vice President Kamala Harris. This sentiment persists even as confidence in Biden’s leadership wanes.

Discussion also turned toward Vice President Kamala Harris, whose consistently low polling numbers are a concern.

Pavlich pointed out that Harris did not succeed in the Democratic Party primary, which is seen as a negative factor for her potential candidacy.

Chaffetz criticized the Democratic strategy of identity politics, suggesting it led to Harris's selection as Vice President. "They played identity politics every step of the way. That's how they got Kamala Harris. They got what they deserve," he said.

As the Democratic Party grapples with these issues, the focus remains on how they will navigate the upcoming convention and the election.

The challenge of addressing both Biden’s and Harris's standings is critical for their strategy moving forward.

Conclusion

The revelation from Biden's aides about his limited engagement hours has sparked significant public and political scrutiny.

Criticisms from figures like Jason Chaffetz and Katie Pavlich highlight concerns about Biden's cognitive state and the implications for his leadership. As the Democratic Party prepares for the DNC convention, they face the challenge of addressing these concerns and strategizing for the upcoming election, with both President Biden's and Vice President Harris's standings under scrutiny.
