Wealthy guests jetsetted from around the world to Gurjat, India, in a pre-wedding celebration. The groom-to-be is the son of Mukesh Ambani, the richest man in Asia, People reported.
The star-studded event brought millionaires and billionaires from many facets of public life, including the daughter of former President Donald Trump and the former Secretary of State. Ivanka Trump shared beautiful photos from the event on her Instagram.

The happy couple celebrated with 1,500 of their closest friends. In addition to Ivanka Trump and Clinton were BlackRock CEO Larry Fink and tech billionaires Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates, who perhaps put aside their worries about climate change to fly there.
Royalty and other foreign dignitaries were also in attendance. King Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuck and Queen Jetsun Pema of Bhutan were there, along with former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Qatar Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Jassim al Thani.
There were Bollywood stars, models, athletes, and every other kind of A-lister imaginable. They all turned out to celebrate Asia's new power couple.
Ambani, 28, is part of a wealthy family with a net worth of $83.4 billion, thanks to their stake in the multinational conglomerate Reliance Industries. His fiance is the 29-year-old daughter of Encore Health CEO Viren Merchant and is a New York University graduate.
The couple have been engaged since January 2023 and will wed in July. This event was a pre-wedding celebration that is common to their culture.
Of course, such a guest list meant high-class entertainment, including a concert by the singer Rhianna. One event during the weekend included a visit to Vantara, a wildlife preserve run by Ambani's family.
The guests, clad in jungle-themed attire, were given an audio-guided tour to learn more about what they were seeing. "We went to great lengths to accommodate our 1,500 guests, complete with an audio-guide system to ensure that everyone could connect with the animals that have been given a new lease on life here," Merchant said.
“I recognize that this is a privilege few people experience, and I truly feel blessed. I hope that our wedding will bring global attention to Vantara, the largest animal rehabilitation center in the world, a project that my husband and I hold very close in our hearts," Merchant added.
The couple and their guests have unfathomable wealth that brings the kind of perks that most people can only dream about. Because of this, it becomes like a little club where they rub elbows with each other all of the time, even if they otherwise make strange bedfellows.
