The Biden administration has approved a new plan to speed up the deportation of some migrants after the expiration of Title 42 on Thursday.
U.S. asylum officers were trained on the new regulation on Tuesday ahead of new changes at the border.

"The Biden administration has finalized a sweeping restriction on asylum that it plans to use to ramp up swift deportations of migrants who cross the U.S.-Mexico border after the Title 42 pandemic-era emergency policy sunsets on Thursday," according to internal documents obtained by CBS News.
"Hundreds of U.S. asylum officers were trained on how to enforce the restriction on Tuesday and the regulation was published on Wednesday, less than 48 hours before Title 42 is set to expire," it added.

"Those who do not qualify for a lengthy proceeding in the nation’s byzantine immigration court system could then be quickly deported," according to the Western Journal.
"In this respect, the policy would serve as a replacement to Title 42 — a pandemic-era Trump administration policy that allowed quick deportations of illegals on public health grounds," it added.

The news comes after information revealed earlier this month of the Biden administration's preparations to release mass numbers of migrants.
"Fox News on Tuesday reported that top border officials in Washington, D.C., have decided to authorize all Border Patrol Sectors to begin the releases if Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and NGOs can’t hold migrants. It means that they will be released at bus stops, gas stations, supermarkets and elsewhere," Fox News reported.
"The decision was made amid a surge of migrants across the border that has hit over 10,000 a day across multiple days this week. NGOs are already approaching their limits on capacity, and those numbers are expected to only get worse in the coming days when Title 42 — which allows for the rapid expulsion of migrants at the border due to the COVID-19 pandemic — expires," it added.
The latest changes show that the Biden administration has been doing some planning but not the kind that will provide safety at the border.
Instead, the policies take some cues from Trump's playbook while leaving the door open to large numbers of migrants who will be released into the country.
