Former President Donald Trump's New York civil trial seems to generate new twists and turns every day.
According to Breitbart, Alina Habba, a lawyer for the former president handling the case, described the chaos that broke out earlier this week during Trump's testimony, saying that the judge in the case was "unhinged."
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron apparently lost his cool during the trial. He's long been accused of expressing anti-Trump sentiment.
Habba held nothing back as she excoriated the judge, describing in detail his bizarre behavior during the trial.
"You have a right to hire a lawyer who can stand up and stay something when they see something wrong."
She added, "I was told to sit down today. I was yelled at and I had a judge who is unhinged slamming a table. I don’t tolerate that in my life. I’m not going to tolerate it here."

Habba recounted a particularly strange statement made by the judge, and took a shot at New York AG Letitia James, the prosecutor who launched the case against Trump.
“We are not here to hear what he has to say,” Engoron said. “We are here to have him answer questions."
Engoron was referencing moments that Trump spoke out during the trial.
Speaking to reporters, Habba said in response to the judge's statement, "Then why exactly am I being paid as an attorney, and why exactly are taxpayer dollars being used in this courtroom"
“The answer is very clear: because Miss James wants to stand right here like she did this morning and call my client a liar, call the company fraudulent and make a name for herself."
Social media users blasted the judge, with many calling the whole charade a "kangaroo court."
"The sheer amount of corruption, animosity and blatant bias of judge Arthur Engoron almost guarantees a reversal of any outcome from this kangaroo court. The more Engoron speaks, the more it hurts him," one X user wrote.
