Once again, Donald Trump has found himself in the crosshairs of a judge over his deportation orders.
The latest being sending several illegals to South Sudan, even though it was not their native country.
Last week, eight people from Cuba, Laos, Mexico, Myanmar, Vietnam, and South Sudan were all sent to South Sudan.
The administration called all of these individuals “national security threats.”
It also justified sending them to other countries other than their native countries because Cuba, Laos, Myanmar, Mexico, and Vietnam did not want the migrants back.
The case was litigated, and Trump lost again, with Judge Brian E. Murphy, a Joe Biden appointee, saying the deportations were illegal.
Murphy pulled no punches, stating, “The department actions in this case are unquestionably in violation of this court’s order.”
Trump responded to the order with another rant on Truth Social, stating, "A Federal Judge in Boston, who knew absolutely nothing about the situation, or anything else, has ordered that EIGHT of the most violent criminals on Earth curtail their journey to South Sudan, and instead remain in Djibouti.
"He would not allow these monsters to proceed to their final destination."
Trump then announced that the administration would go to the Supreme Court to settle the case.
Virtually every deportation order issued by Trump has been challenged, and in just about every case, Trump has lost, usually because of due process issues (which are guaranteed in our Constitution for everyone).
Trump is once again asking the Supreme Court for relief, posting, "The Judges are absolutely out of control, they’re hurting our Country, and they know nothing about particular situations, or what they are doing – And this must change, IMMEDIATELY! Hopefully, the Supreme Court of the United States will put an END to the quagmire that has been caused by the Radical Left.
"If this is not worked out quickly, and the World is watching, our Country will be under siege again, with hundreds of thousands of hardened criminals, 'BREAKING DOWN THE WALLS.'"
I know this will not be popular, and I wish there was another solution to the problem, but Trump is wrong and I just don’t see the Court looking past the due process issue and siding with the administration. The 5th and 14th Amendments are very clear on this issue, one dealing with federal and the other state due process. Everyone is entitled, with no restrictions, and that will be Trump’s downfall and what will prevent him from being able to deport all of Biden’s illegals while he is in office. It is precisely why I stated that he would be lucky to deport two million by the end of his term when he first took office.
