Television and film actor Wings Hauser dies at 78

The Daily Caller reported that his contributions to the entertainment industry were substantial, and he was known for portraying Greg Foster on "The Young and the Restless." Hauser was also the father of Cole Hauser, star of the series "Yellowstone."

Born in Hollywood, California, Hauser was the son of Dwight A. Hauser, an Academy Award-winning writer, director, and producer, and Geraldine T. Hauser. Wings Hauser made a significant mark on the soap opera landscape with his role on "The Young and the Restless."

He first appeared in the series in 1977 and made a return in 2010, showcasing his enduring talent and connection to the character of Greg Foster.
