Social media user claims to have discovered AOC's 'burner' Twitter account

It's not uncommon for celebrities to have at least one, if not multiple, "burner" social media accounts, where they can anonymously join in the conversations of regular people, oftentimes using it to "troll" others without fear of bad public relations.

The latest high-profile person to be suspected of having and using burner accounts is none other than radical leftist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, according to a social media sleuth who claims it's definitely the New York congresswoman.

The way it unfolded sounds like AOC might have messed up in the dumbest possible way.

The Daily Wire noted:

Niko House (@realnikohouse) replied to a few tweets posted by Ocasio-Cortez and got responses from a seemingly random account (@zazasmoka). He quickly noticed that when that account replied back, the responses were framed in first-person perspective — as if the person responding was the congresswoman herself.

"YOOOOO!!! AOC has burned accounts. I responded to one of her posts reminding her that she sends money to Nazis, and some random account responded to me speaking in first person as if I attacked them. Then that same person DELETED the tweets" the user tweeted over the weekend.

While it's not exactly a crime to have a burner account, the content one posts on that account is a different story, and the account in question has made a number of dangerous and questionable posts, to say the least.

The suspected burner account, which goes by the Twitter handle "@zazasmoka," even leveled threats at the Daily Wire podcast host Matt Walsh over a tweet about his position on the transgender movement.

"You are a hateful little freak and I can’t wait until you piss off a trans person that actually is as unhinged as you say they all are … can’t be a bigot if you’re no longer breathing," the suspected burner account tweeted in reply to Walsh's opinion.

While it hasn't been proven that the account is owned by or controlled by AOC, if it turns out to be the case, she will have a mountain of questions to answer, and possible investigations.

Walsh actually responded to the account, calling out AOC for confirmation of whether or not she had actually threatened him with violence.

"Hi @AOC,this isn't you wishing death on me is it? Many are speculating that this is your burner account. You need to come out and denounce this kind of rhetoric or we can only assume that you support it," Walsh tweeted in response.

Not surprisingly, AOC's camp hasn't responded to questions as to whether or not the account belongs to her.
