As pressure ramps up against Hunter Biden and the Biden family in general, one Republican lawmaker indicated that potential intimidation and harassment issues could make things ugly.
Rep. James Comer (R-KY) made a bombshell statement last week, accusing Hunter Biden's legal team of teetering on the brink of witness harassment and intimidation.
".@JamesComer: Hunter Biden’s legal team are testing the limits with respect to witness intimidation. They’re trying to intimidate me for having the audacity to investigate the Biden family. We have witnesses that actually fear for their life," The Dirty Truth tweeted.

"We’ve got witnesses that are scared to death to come forward. They fear for their lives," Comer said in a recent Just The News interview.
Comer added: "I mean, you've got the banks that have worked with us, they're being squeezed by attorneys, by high-ranking officials in the Democrat Party for having the nerve to work with us to comply with our subpoenas."
"The Hunter Biden legal team — they're testing the limits," Comer said in an interview with the "Just the News, No Noise."
He added: "I'll put it like that with respect to witness intimidation. I mean just look in my district. We've got dark money groups that are being funded through prominent high-ranking Democrat officials in Congress. Also the communications director for the White House continues to retweet things trying to intimidate me for having the audacity to investigate."

Just The News added:
The rising temperature in the Hunter Biden case comes as an IRS whistleblower on Thursday got clearance from the House Ways and Means Committee to give evidence to lawmakers of what he said is political interference in the criminal probe of Hunter Biden's tax affairs and lawyers for the first son met with DOJ reportedly to discuss impending criminal charges.
Social media users reacted to the potential intimidation and harassment.
"We should have laws about this sort of thing...oh, wait," one Twitter user wrote.
Another Twitter user added: "Politics always has, and always will be, Blood Sport. We are in the end times of the desperate Democrat Party of Organized Crime. Mafia tactics in play."
Only time will tell if Hunter Biden's numerous scandals are ever fully and fairly investigated. Many believe that because Biden's DOJ seems protective of the Biden family, it won't happen until a Republican president is elected.
