Aside from his disastrous polling numbers and general unpopularity, President Joe Biden also faces growing concern -- even from his own party and campaign staff -- regarding his physical health. 

According to Breitbart, a devastating new poll revealed that most Democrats are "concerned" about the president's health and his overall ability to serve as the leader of the free world.

The poll also confirmed what many already knew, that most Americans are concerned about the president's "health and mental acuity," and a majority also believe that he's simply too old to serve as president.

Several Democrats have spoken out, both publicly and anonymously, about Biden's health and age-related issues.

"I think it’s important to confront it [worry]," Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) reportedly told Politico. Many Democrats believe he will struggle to face down a strong Republican opponent next year, like former President Donald Trump.

Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) touched on worries about Biden's advanced age, which many Americans believe is a serious challenge for the 2024 election.

"I think you got to be as public as you possibly can in addressing issues, and that’s how you can settle it," Tester said.

He added, "But it’s not going to be easy because he is [going to be] 82 years old."

Breitbart noted:

The senators’ concerns are based on polling and focus groups that show swing voters’ first word or phrase used to describe Joe Biden is “some combination of ‘old, slowing down’ or, if they were harsher, ‘dementia or feeble,’” a pollster told Politico. The pollster reportedly pushed respondents to receive positive impressions of Joe Biden, and many could not remember any alleged accomplishments.

Biden recently had another embarrassing stumbling moment during a speech in Philadelphia.

The humiliating incident came just hours after a report emerged that said his 2024 campaign team, worried about future falls and stumbles, have attempted to limit the number of stairs he climbs and have encouraged the president to wear tennis shoes whenever possible.

Undoubtedly, Biden can't afford any additional major incidents, as public confidence in his overall health is already in the gutter.
