Pam Bondi warns Jasmine Crockett against Tesla protest plans

The burgeoning "Tesla Takedown" movement has recently drawn national attention, as the Trump administration has become involved and is warning against violent behavior.

The New York Post reported that Rep. Jasmine Crockett has sparked a contentious dialogue with her call for a "Global Day of Action" to contest Elon Musk's influence on government downsizing.

Crockett was at the forefront of a virtual rally advocating for the "Tesla Takedown" movement. Speaking from the platform, she declared an upcoming expansive protest against Tesla slated for the approaching weekend.

Advocates of the cause are encouraging Tesla stakeholders to reconsider their investments as a way to challenge Musk's government efficiency strategies under his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

Crockett, who remains resolute in her mission, noted, "On March 29, it’s my birthday. All I want to see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down."

While Crockett's comments highlight financial leverage as a powerful tool, she insists that the actions remain peaceful, underscoring the movement's nonviolent nature.

Analyzing Pam Bondi's Stern Message

Bondi, addressing the implications of Crockett's initiative, called for the representative to exercise restraint. “She is an elected public official, so she needs to tread very carefully, because nothing will happen to Elon Musk, and we are going to fight to protect all the Tesla owners throughout this country,” Bondi remarked.

The Attorney General expressed her dedication to protecting Tesla stakeholders against any aggressive acts. Her pointed message included a stark reminder of the serious penalties tied to violent activities associated with the protest.

Bondi emphasized the legal consequences for those engaged in violent demonstrations, drawing parallels to past attacks against Tesla sites.

Crockett shared insights from her position on the DOGE Oversight Committee, noting that monetary influence is the key strategy being employed.

"I have learned, as I serve on the DOGE Oversight committee, that there is only one language that the people that are in charge understand right now, and that language is money," she asserted.

However, the congresswoman remains unequivocal about the nonviolent stance of her rallying cries for action against Tesla. "We know that we are peaceful, loving people, and this is not about violence," she reiterated.

Nonetheless, Crockett's past condemnations of other violent events reinforce her current message of peaceful protest.

Consequences of Past Tesla-Related Attacks

In recent years, violent acts targeting Tesla infrastructure have surfaced, particularly since January 20 during Trump's presidency. This unrest has resulted in several individuals facing serious legal repercussions.

Three suspects have already been apprehended, facing federal charges related to these disruptions. The Attorney General’s office remains unyielding in its pursuit of justice against those responsible.

“People need to know, the three people in custody right now, they will receive severe and swift consequences... We are not negotiating these. We are not coming off these charges. We are looking at everything, especially if this is a concerted effort,” Bondi stressed.

Following Pam Bondi's public admonition, Crockett appeared on MSNBC to clarify her stance, distancing herself from any endorsement of violence. "I just want to say that I have never promoted violence whatsoever... Yet, I’ve also never made excuses for those violent actors," she emphasized.

Crockett also challenged Bondi to address similar issues of domestic disturbance within her own ranks, citing actions linked to events like January 6.

As the "Global Day of Action" approaches, the public remains divided on the efficacy and ethics of both the protest movement and the official responses it has generated.
