A presidential historian claimed during an interview on MSNBC that Americans will see violence if former President Donald Trump is indicted.
Michael Beschloss made the remarks with host Symone Sanders on Sunday.
The only people who are begging for a civil war are the radical progressive left.
Why? Because every Biden policy has been as disaster 🙄 and they have no platform to run on other than fear of Donald Trump!https://t.co/7G5U75Xpqg

"The first clue, I think you would agree with me on this. It's that when in history have we had an ex-president essentially saying that if I get indicted, there will be violence in the streets, or having allies like Lindsey Graham say that. He certainly has sent that message to the attorney general. We have never had anything like that," Beschloss argued.
"This is the first time in American history that we have had somebody who used to be president of the United States. Although I guess in his warped mind, he thinks he still is president," he added.
MSNBC's @BeschlossDC: Trump "is basically saying to Americans that 'there should be Civil War; there should be violence, in case I get indicted.' Nothing like that ever in American history." pic.twitter.com/4UhICc8Lh9

The odd combination of historical facts and opinions is portrayed as commentary, but could also be considered as inciting violence as the left portrays conservatives as violent.
The focus follows a week in which President Joe Biden has also smeared conservatives as hateful, increasing the fiery rhetoric ahead of the nation's midterms.
