Former First Lady Melania Trump's stylist has earned over $100,000 for "consulting fees" from Donald Trump's Super PAC in the past half year.
The PAC's filings with the Federal Election Commission revealed the transactions from Trump's PAC to fashion Guru Herve Pierre Braillard who is making an absolute killing working for Melania.
This expense was surprising considering that Melania Trump has been unusually absent from the public eye for months now. Some suspect that Braillard is playing a bigger role than initially thought, or there is something more sinister afoot.
As her husband has been campaigning intensely for the past year, Melania Trump has been conspicuously absent. So logically, it seems that the Trump's would be spending less on stylists and other assistants but that doesn't seem to be the case.
All told, Braillard brought in an astounding $371,000 since April 2022.
Melania Trump has made very few public appearances to support her husband's re-election campaign.
Her most notable appearance in recent memory was her appearance for her mother's funeral last month.
To further add to confusion, Braillard was payed a separate fee of $6,000 for "Strategy Consulting." So not only is he making a killing working for Melania Trump, he is also bringing in thousands for what can be presumed to be advising.
Braillard has an impressive resume doing work for Oscar de la Renta and Carolina Herrera.
He is the mind behind many of Melania's incredible looks that captured the adoration of the sensible, and the hatred of those who were so caught up in politics that they couldn't acknowledge objective style.
Braillard once explained that, "As with every other first lady, there is an after-the-White House life, which involves many other aspects than fashion. I am lucky to have worked in prestigious houses, to have designed [costumes] for ballets and more recently to work in home decor. There are many upcoming projects in this after-the-White House [stage]."
Braillard is already making hundreds of thousands and that number could climb significantly if Donald Trump wins the Presidential election and Melania returns to her previous duties as First Lady.
Furthermore, there will likely be more significant consulting fees to be collected. But this is all dependent on the outcome of November's election which promises to be a close one.
As for Braillard, the saying that a rising tide raises all boats is appropriate.
