A federal judge ruled against Stacey Abrams' Fair Fight Action lawsuit over Georgia's election law.
U.S. District Judge Steve Jones found that the Constitution was not violated during the 2018 election, as the group alleged in the legal case.

"The lawsuit followed Abrams delivering a notorious non-concession speech after her loss to Kemp in 2018, saying at the time that 'the state failed its voters,' 'democracy failed Georgia,' and 'this is not a speech of concession because concession means to acknowledge an action is right, true or proper,'" Breitbart News reported.
"While Abrams acknowledged in the speech that Kemp would be certified governor, she accused him of suppressing votes to achieve his victory," it added.
In typical Stacy Abrams style - she loses her lawsuit - publicly claims victory.

The loss will be used by Abrams in her final push in the 2022 election against Republican Gov. Brian Kemp in her comeback bid.
The decision by Judge Jones may be the least of Abram's worries come November. Governor Kemp's position with voters is getting stronger and it seems likely that he will prevail in November's election.
