Joe Biden slammed for making deal with Iran on 9/11

President Joe Biden was heavily criticized for snubbing Americans at the 9/11 Memorial on Monday.

Not only was he a no-show (he apparently had better things to do), he also made an amazingly terrible deal with Iran involving a prisoner swap and a mountain of cash.

According to Breitbart, Biden reached a deal with Iran leaders that included a $6 billion cash gift and five Iranian prisoners for five detained American citizens.

The outlet noted:

The deal, according to the Associated Press (AP), entailed the Biden administration issuing a blanket waiver for international banks to transfer $6 billion in frozen Iranian money from South Korea to Qatar without U.S. sanctions.

Notably, Secretary of State Antony Blinken signed off on the deal last week but Congress wasn't notified of it until Monday, causing many lawmakers to ask questions.

The $6 billion for Iran was said to be earmarked for "humanitarian" purposes, which is nothing less than a total joke, at best.

That was proven Tuesday when Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi humiliated Biden and Blinken, stating publicly that Tehran will spend the $6 billion "wherever they need it," directly contradicting the Biden administration's claims.

"This money belongs to the Iranian people, the Iranian government, so the Islamic Republic of Iran will decide what to do with this money," the Iranian president said during an NBC interview.

"The waiver is likely to draw criticism of President Joe Biden from Republicans and others that the deal will boost the Iranian economy at a time when Iran poses a growing threat to U.S. troops and Mideast allies," the Associated Press noted.

The so-called "deal" infuriated many, including former President Donald Trump, who torched Biden and his administration for making what appears to be one of the worst deals with a rogue nation in history.

Trump called him out for announcing the deal on 9/11, which is supposed to be a sacred day.

One can be sure that such a deal would have never been made by Trump.
