Former White House adviser Stephen Miller said that President Joe Biden may be making an "impeachable offense" by resettling large numbers of illegal immigrants in the U.S.
Miller shared the concern during an interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox News.

"Perhaps in the history of the world, in terms of the number of illegal border crossers being resettled into the interior of our country in violation of plain law," Miller said.
"I would argue that the appropriate constitutional remedy is Article IV, Section 4, which says that the government clearly has the obligation to protect any state in this country against invasion and domestic violence. It does not say that that has to be in the form of a nation-state actor. In other words, the Constitution doesn't say it has to be a state-led invasion. It's any large-scale, unwelcome, uninvited entry into a country," he added.

U.S. Air Marshalls are also planning to rebel against a Biden order that has called for the workers to leave air protection to serve at the southern border.
"The rank and file air marshals are going to refuse to deploy and risk termination," David Londo, president of the Air Marshal National Council, said.
"You're almost going to have a mutiny of a federal agency, which is unheard of. Morale is so destroyed from this. I've never seen anything like this," he added.

The growing crisis has already led to unprecedented illegal immigration under the Biden administration.
Over 4 million known illegals have crossed the border in the past two years, along with an unknown number of gotaways estimated in the tens of thousands.
The concern also does not include large numbers of legal refugee immigrants from Afghanistan or Ukrainian refugees who have come to the U.S. since Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The shift in immigrant growth has been an alarming trend, and one the Biden administration seems to have no answer to slow or stop, which is perhaps the biggest problem of all.
