With President Joe Biden's non-existent immigration policies at the southern U.S. border, many have sounded the alarm over possible terrorists coming across the border with ill intentions.

That was evidenced in a downright frightening way this week after an illegal alien wanted for terrorism in Senegal was arrested near the World Trade Center shortly after being released onto American streets by Biden's Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

According to Breitbart, news of the arrest comes in the wake of DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas repeatedly explaining to the the Senate Homeland Security Committee that illegal aliens with terrorism links are arrested and deported.

Obviously, that was a massive and dangerous lie.

Breitbart noted:

Despite Mayorkas’ assertion, an illegal alien — from either the Islamic Republic of Mauritania or Senegal — arrived at the United States–Mexico border on Oct. 3 near Lukeville, Arizona. The illegal alien was given a Notice to Appear (NTA) before a federal immigration judge and released into the United States interior.

It was a week later that counterterrorism agents alerted ICE agents in New York City that the illegal alien was wanted on terrorism charges.

NEW: Border Patrol unknowingly released an African terrorism suspect into the U.S. after he was caught crossing illegally into AZ on 10/3. One week later, on 10/10, HSI notified ICE that he was wanted in Senegal for “terroristic activities”. ICE then arrested him in NYC on 10/17.…

The illegal alien knew exactly where to go - New York City. That's because due to its so-called "sanctuary" status, the city refuses to work with ICE agents to deport illegals.

But that didn't stop them from eventually taking action, as Breitbart noted.

About a week after ICE agents were notified of the illegal alien’s warrants in Senegal for terrorism, they arrested him outside 26 Federal Plaza in Lower Manhattan — just a few blocks from One World Trade Center.

Thankfully, he's still in ICE detention and awaiting deportation, but who knows how many more like him are roaming American streets.

Social media users reacted to the news of the arrest of the terror-linked illegal migrant, warning that there could be untold amounts of "sleeper cells" waiting to strike from within U.S. borders.

"Our country is going to be systematically destroyed. Buckle up, folks. Something horrible is going to happen all across our country next year and it's going to be used by our government to justify God only knows what," one X user wrote.
