President Joe Biden calls his son, Hunter Biden, the "smartest guy I know." Yet, most of Hunter Biden's actions prove the exact opposite.
According to Breitbart, the younger Biden can no longer practice law, at least in Connecticut, as his state law license was "administratively suspended" on count of his lack of paying shockingly small annual fees.
The fee is $75, standard for every lawyer in the state, and in addition, he would need to shell out an additional $75 reinstatement fee.
For a man who has raked in untold millions from foreign business deals around the world using his father's high-powered name, Hunter Biden should be able to pony up the $150 necessary to avoid the negative, utterly humiliating story.
Not only that, but Hunter Biden reportedly failed to pay the small fee three times in the past two years alone.
The suspended status of Hunter's Connecticut license shows it is registered at an address located in Washington, DC, at the House of Sweden, an office space he used to facilitate a Chinese energy deal with CEFC China Energy Co. https://t.co/opwH4mMrQY

Breitbart added:
The database shows Hunter’s license was first administratively suspended on March 16, 2021. The database additionally indicates Hunter was most recently flagged on June 14, 2022, for “failure to pay the Client Security Fund fee in accordance with Practice Book Section 2-70.”
The fees can even be paid online. It couldn't be easier or cheaper, at least for a wealthy lawyer.
The Connecticut Practice Book explains that the annual fee is used to "promote public confidence in the judicial system and the integrity of the legal profession by reimbursing clients, to the extent provided for by these rules, for losses resulting from the dishonest conduct of attorneys practicing law in this state."
While Hunter Biden won't be taking on any cases in Connecticut anytime soon, he's shockingly allowed to practice law in Washington D.C. However, Breitbart noted that his legal practicing status is extremely up in the air.
It's still not 100% confirmed that Hunter Biden is even a member of the D.C. Bar. Records indicate that he has been barred from practicing in the nation's capital since 2007.
Of course, those rules only apply to regular people, and not to the children of White House royalty.
It's perplexing as to why Hunter Biden would let such a little thing make headlines, but as we all now know with certainty, Hunter Biden isn't quite the genius his old man makes him out to be.
Plus, he might be distracted by the numerous federal investigations and future House GOP investigations he'll have to lawyer up for. It's gonna be a rough year for little Hunter Biden, that's for sure.
