Harry and Meghan not happy with the seats they got at Bob Marley movie premiere

It appears that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were not very happy with their seating at the recent premier of the film Bob Marley: One Love.

The New York Post reports, "New video shows Meghan, 42, and Harry, 39, looking taken aback as ushers stopped at least three rows from the front to give them their seats."

The outlet adds, "Harry appeared to be confused by their seating assignment, while Meghan was forced to bundle up her glamorous black gown and squeeze into the tight-fitting spot."

Here is the video of the incident:

The 21-second clip shows Harry and Meghan being escorted to their seats by an usher. Harry is wearing a suit without a tie, while Meghan is wearing an absurdly extravagant dress, especially considering what everyone else in the theater was wearing.

The usher stopped several rows from the front of the theatre to show Harry and Meghan their seats. This appears to have caught them off guard. Meghan sort of does a double-take, while a perplexed Harry could be seen scratching his chin.

Suffice it to say that Harry and Meghan did not look to be too happy with the situation.

The embarrassment, however, did not stop there. Social media users have been ruthlessly mocking Harry and Meghan ever since the above clip was posted. One user, Hoope Hamblin, summed the situation up nicely, writing, "Dressed to the 9's but made to sit among the regular folks... Should have worn a button down and jeans."

This whole incident took place on Tuesday in Jamaica, at the Carib Theatre in Kingston. Fox News referred to the outing as a "rare appearance" for Harry and Meghan.

While there, the two spoke with many public figures, including Jamaica Prime Minister Andrew Holness, who is known for his anti-monarchy rhetoric. Harry and Meghan also took photographs with many of the other famous people who attended the event.

Controversy always seems to follow Harry and Meghan around, and this outing was no exception. Some have called the outing "insensitive" given the recent health struggles of the Royal Family.

Fox reports:

Last Wednesday, Kensington Palace announced that Middleton, who turned 42 earlier this month, underwent a "planned abdominal surgery" at The London Clinic. The Princess of Wales is postponing all public duties until after Easter. Moments after the announcement, Buckingham Palace revealed that King Charles III is seeking treatment for an enlarged prostate. They noted that the 75-year-old’s public engagements "will be postponed for a short period of recuperation."

This, apparently, was not enough to stop Harry and Meghan from enjoying themselves in Jamaica.
