A former Republican candidate has just been accused of assaulting and harassing several teenagers. 

The candidate, according to the Daily Caller, has been identified as 36-year-old Clarice Schillinger.

Schillinger ran as a Republican candidate to be Pennsylvania's lieutenant governor in 2022.

She is particularly known for pushing for parental rights with regard to their children's education.

Now, however, Schillinger is facing several criminal allegations, including charges of assault, harassment, and furnishing minors with alcohol.

The charges stem from her 17-year-old daughters' recent birthday party. The Daily Beast has obtained the police affidavit.

"On Saturday, September 30, 2023, at approximately 0313 hours, this officer was dispatched to a phone call request in reference to an assault that just took place at . . . Liz Circle, Doylestown, PA 18902. Reportedly it was involving intoxicated adults assaulting juveniles, while hosting an underage drinking party," the affidavit reads.

The affidavit states that, just a week earlier, there was another underage drinking allegation made against Schillinger. The affidavit, then, goes on to relate what happened on Sept. 30, at the birthday party.

"In speaking with the caller and her 16-year-old son (identified as A.M.) around 0320 hours, they stated that on Friday, September 29, 2023, Clarice Schillinger hosted a seventeenth birthday party for her daughter at the residence . . ." the affidavit states.

It continues, " . . . In the basement was a bar area that was stocked with alcoholic beverages . . . Schillingerger not only provided the alcoholic beverages, but poured shots and drank along with the minors even participating in drinking games."

The affidavit then goes on to relate the alleged assaults.

It states:

At one point during . . . a disturbance broke out between the intoxicated adults which caused the minors to want to leave. Schillinger's intoxicated boyfriend (Shan Wilson) had punched a 15-year-old juvenile (identified as E.G.) in the face, causing her to escort her boyfriend Upstairs to the second floor. This is where AM. was later assaulted by the boyfriend. A.M. stated that Schillinger's intoxicated mother. (Danctte Bert) then punched him in the area of his left eye, prompting the Minors to start leaving. Schillingor's mother then chased A.M. around the kitchen area before aasaulting a 17-year-old female (identified as G.H.).

The affidavit continues:

While multiple minors were gathering by the front door to leave the property in defiance of Schillinger's order to stay, [] was assaulted by Clarice when she punched him three times on the left side of his face/chin area. [He] stated that he was not injured fron Schillingor's punches from hor closed right fist. A video from the evening was provided, which shows multiple minors gathered in a front foyer area of the residence with Clarice Schillinger Quickly lunging at a subject and Subsequently having to be restrained.

Schillinger has yet to release a statement on the matter. But, her attorney has. He has said that Schillinger has "dedicated her life to public service" and has always “been a law-abiding citizen."
