Former New York Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo lamented that President Joe Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) abandoned him during his scandal last year.
Cuomo shared the comments after resigning over a scandal last year involving sexual harassment claims by 11 women.

"Nobody. It was tough. Traumatizing," Cuomo said.
"Biden, a friend 20 years, not knowing details, immediately said about me, 'He's got to go.' Biden had troubles years before and I stood by him. Gave him the benefit of the doubt. It was heartbreaking to see him trash me without reading one page, making one phone call," he added.

The scandal included a report by New York Attorney General Letitia James. Cuomo has hinted at a return to politics, still claiming no wrongdoing in the matter despite his resignation.
His ongoing blame game continues to show that Cuomo believes he has done nothing wrong. The attitude also reveals he should not be trusted with another run for political office.
