Federal Inclusive Language Guide Advises Against Gendered Terms, Biden's DEI Agenda Is Running Full Steam Ahead

The U.S. Department of the Interior has recently issued new guidelines for using gender-neutral language.

The Daily Wire reported that a new language guide by the Department of the Interior advises replacing traditional gendered terms with inclusive alternatives. This guide is further proof that President Biden's administration is being run by radicals who are changing language and pushing insane ideologies.

This month, the Department revealed its U.S. Department of the Interior Inclusive Language Guide, aimed for "official use only." It extends over 24 pages and suggests altering 104 commonly used terms to "foster inclusivity."

The guidelines recommend substituting "husband" and "wife" with "spouse," "partner," or "significant other." Additionally, "son" and "daughter" should be replaced with "child" or "kid."

"Cockpit" is advised to be substituted with "flight deck," which doesn't even make sense because cockpit refers to a fighter pilot's seating and control area. Flight deck refers to the deck of an aircraft carrier where jets take off and land.

Inclusive Language Promotes Identity First Approach

The guide promotes using "they/them" pronouns instead of gender-specific ones, advising against the phrase "preferred pronouns" for "pronouns" or "identified pronouns." This is done to suppress the idea that a gender binary exists, which is something that conservatives have warned about for years.

Additional suggestions include replacing "Aunt/Uncle" with "Parent’s sibling" and shifting from "male" and "woman" to "all genders" and "person, people," respectively.

Moreover, the guide encourages addressing groups as "hey team" rather than "ladies and gents." Liberals have had the audacity to call Americans paranoid conspiracy theorists but the war on "ladies and gentlemen" as a greeting is very real.

The initiative is part of the Biden administration's broader agenda to incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) ideologies within federal agencies.

The Department of the Interior celebrated Pride Month with initiatives like lessons on "LGBTQ American Sign Language," integrating DEI practices into various facets of government operation.

All of this is more proof that the Biden administration is pushing radical ideology through every level of government. This will affect anyone working with government agencies as well.

Controversial Background of White House Associate Director

Tyler Cherry, a White House associate communications director who previously worked at the Department of the Interior, has been known for his controversial social media posts.

Statements like "Time to recall that the modern-day police system is a direct evolution of slave patrols and lynch mobs" and "Abolish ICE" highlight his insane views on America's past, and yet he is being employed in the Biden administration.

Cherry has also expressed sentiments against the capitalist structure of the police state, reflecting the administration's complex dynamics with wider societal issues.

Former President Donald Trump, in response to such policies, has promised to purge "far-left bureaucrats" from federal agencies if he returns to office.

He has pledged comprehensive reforms that would allow every executive branch employee to be dismissible by the President, aiming to "bring the deep state to heel."

Simultaneously, The Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 is developing a personnel database to potentially staff a future Trump administration, indicating significant political repercussions from the current policies.

Conclusion

The U.S. Department of the Interior’s new inclusive language guide represents a significant cultural shift within federal communications.

By substituting traditional terms with more inclusive language, the guide seeks to reflect and respect the diversity of modern America. These changes, while administrative, hint at broader societal shifts towards inclusivity, amidst ongoing political debates over the role of ideology in government practices.
