Former President Donald Trump said he is not afraid of going to prison despite his multiple indictments.
Trump shared the comments during an interview with NBC's "Meet the Press" that aired on Sunday.

"I don’t even think about it," Trump told NBC's Meet the Press moderator Kristen Welker in an interview aired on Sunday. "I’m built a little differently, I guess, because I have had people come up to me and say, ‘How do you do it, sir? How do you do it?’ I don’t even think about it."
“When you say, do I lose sleep? I sleep,” he said. “I sleep. Because I truly feel that, in the end, we’re going to win.”

The most heated debate may have occurred over Trump's view of the 2020 election results.
"I just want to be clear, though. Are you saying you needed those votes in order to win? Are you acknowledging you didn’t win?" host Kristen Welker asked.
I’m not acknowledging. No. I say I won the election," Trump responded.

Trump also sparked controversy by blaming then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) for the riots at the Capitol Building on Jan. 6, 2021.
“She turned down 10,000 soldiers,” Trump said, claiming that Pelosi was in charge of security of the Capitol. “If she didn’t turn down the soldiers, you wouldn’t have had January 6th.”
“Capitol police said that he wanted it and Nancy Pelosi wouldn’t accept it,” Trump said. “She’s responsible for January 6th.”
The interview with the unfriendly network was a surprise move for Trump after avoiding the recent GOP primary debate on Fox News. Despite the strong questioning, Trump pushed back on a variety of issues, including the indictments he faces, arguing he will win in the end as he faces a potential rematch against President Joe Biden next year.
