DOJ and White House conspired to keep classified documents scandal hidden from the public

The Department of Justice and the White House reportedly conspired to keep secret the scandal of President Joe Biden's mishandled classified documents, Breitbart reported. They kept it under wraps even as the White House claimed total transparency.

A stash of classified documents was discovered at the Penn Biden Center on Nov. 2. However, the public wouldn't find out about it CBS News reported it on Jan. 9, but it likely wouldn't have come out at all if not for the news outlet.

Only a few officials in the DOJ and White House knew of the scandal, leaving top brass to sort out how this leak occurred. Meanwhile, mainstream media outlets are uncovering the government's intentional actions to hide the issue.

The New York Times reported that the White House sat on the news about the discovered documents and that "Democratic allies" were "frustrated" by this. The DOJ had insisted that there were no more mishandled documents in Biden's possession after that initial discovery, but that has proven false.

The Washington Post revealed that while they were publicly saying this about the first discovery, they had already known about the second discovery of documents that came from the president's Wilmington, Delaware home. The plan was to keep that fact hidden as well.

The White House and the DOJ were able to do so for some time until even the leftist mainstream media reported on the story. Still,  Attorney General Merrick Garland claimed everything was above board, and the law equally applied.

"We do not have different rules for Democrats or Republicans, different rules for the powerful or the powerless, different rules for the rich and for the poor, we apply the facts, and the law in each case in a neutral, non-partisan manner," Garland claimed. Really?

Former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence was raided on the basis that he'd kept classified documents there. Trump claimed he had declassified them, which was in his right as president.

Biden's documents came from his tenure as vice president, but except for in narrow situations, he did not have the same privilege. Trump was outraged by that double standard.

"Biden lied to the American people and weaponized the Justice Department — or as I call it, the Injustice Department — to go after me for the very crime he actually committed," Trump said of the situation. "The difference is that while I did everything right — I did nothing wrong — Biden did everything wrong."

Another glaring issue at hand is how Biden's documents were found in the first place. They were discovered at the Penn Biden Center by his attorneys, but the DOJ and White House have so far been mum on what prompted the search in the first place.

Moreover, it's significant that they found the first trove there, considering the University of Pennsylvania, which hosts the think tank, has ties to China, Fox News reported. The university raked in some $14 million from China and Hong Kong unnamed contributed.

The school also received $2.4 million for unnamed Saudi Arabian donors since 2021 as well. An additional $1 million came from a Cayman Islands donor earmarked for funding the Penn Wharton China program.

It appears there's more than meets the eye when it comes to this scandal. Considering the clues already piling up, it's no wonder they DOJ and White House wanted to keep it quiet.
