Charlamagne Tha God Spreads Conspiracy Theory That Supreme Court Will Overturn Election

Charlamagne tha God has predicted a constitutional crisis should Vice President Kamala Harris win the upcoming November election, with the Supreme Court overturning the results in favor of former President Donald Trump.

The Hill reported that the media personality raised concerns about the legitimacy of the Supreme Court and its recent decisions, suspecting bias and corruption.

Charlamagne, known off-air as Lenard McKelvey, believes the Supreme Court will reverse the election results if Harris secures a victory over Trump.

In a recent interview with ITK, the “Breakfast Club” co-host stated, “Everybody should be focusing on the Supreme Court.” One can only imagine what Democrats would say if Republicans made these baseless claims about the results of an election.

Recent Supreme Court Decisions Criticized

Charlamagne continued to criticize the Supreme Court, labeling it an institution lacking legitimacy. He based his claims on several recent rulings, including the abolition of Roe v. Wade and decisions surrounding presidential immunity and elected officials accepting bribes.

“These rulings collectively raise questions about what could happen in November. If [Vice President Harris] wins, will Donald Trump challenge the election results, considering the current climate within the Supreme Court?” he pondered.

The concern is particularly acute given that three of the nine justices were nominated by Trump—Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. Charlamagne sees this as a significant factor contributing to his predictions.

Charlamagne stated, “That’s honestly what I see coming. I see that happening right now,” and added that this would lead to the “biggest constitutional crisis of our lifetime.”

The media personality stressed that his concerns should not be dismissed lightly. “I don’t see how anybody can’t see this coming,” Charlamagne stated, firmly believing his prediction about a contested election result.

“To be 100 percent clear, I absolutely believe that come November, if he loses, Donald Trump is going to challenge the results of the election, and I think the Supreme Court would overturn the results of the election in light of all their recent rulings,” he mentioned, reiterating his support for Harris.

Biden’s Reforms Deemed Insufficient

Charlamagne did recognize President Joe Biden’s efforts to reform the Supreme Court, albeit considering them inadequate to address the systemic issues he perceives. “I’m glad that Joe Biden is calling for Supreme Court reform now, but it’s going to take a lot more than that to stop the corruption that is going on with the Supreme Court.”

Charlamagne's critique extends beyond mere speculation about the future. His observation of recent judicial decisions underlines a broad distrust in the Court's current alignment and its influence on America's democratic processes.

The assertion that the Supreme Court may intervene in the election results is grounded in Charlamagne’s view of its recent trajectory.

“When you look at the recent rulings of the Supreme Court — whether it’s abolishing Roe v. Wade, whether it’s the presidential immunity for presidents to get away with crimes, whether it’s the fact that elected officials can take bribes now — it’s like, what happens in November if [Vice President Harris] wins, and then Donald Trump challenges the results of the election, in light of all of those recent rulings?” he questioned.

As someone who is supporting Harris, Charlamagne’s remarks were tinged with both advocacy for her candidacy and a foreboding sense of the judicial challenges that he anticipates.

Charlamagne concluded on a solemn note, emphasizing the gravity of his predictions. “I think that that is going to be the biggest constitutional crisis of our lifetime come November,” he said. To expect fairness and impartiality from the Supreme Court, according to Charlamagne, would be unrealistic under the present circumstances. “I don’t know why we would expect them to do the right thing.”

Conclusion

Charlamagne tha God has forecast that the Supreme Court could potentially overturn the upcoming presidential election results if Vice President Kamala Harris wins. His delusional beliefs about the Supreme Court demonstrate just how effective the Democrat media machine has been in its crusade against the Supreme Court.

Just because of it's conservative majority, he believes they will overturn the results should Harris win.

He has also praised President Joe Biden's proposed Supreme Court "reforms" but Charlamagne believes they will not be enough to address his concerns, highlighting the pivotal role the Court may play in what he predicts to be the greatest constitutional crisis of our time.
