Although the media has been trying to cover it up, President Joe Biden is clearly in mental decline. A recent gaffe has made it all but impossible to hide, and GOP lawmakers want answers.
Biden called out for deceased Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-IN) during remarks at the White House Wednesday, the Washington Examiner reported. Former White House doctor Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) has led the charge for Biden to undergo cognitive examination.
The president is expected to sign a bill in Walorski's honor after the congresswoman died in an Aug. 3 crash. However, it seemed during his speech at the White House, Biden forgot that she was dead altogether.
"Where's Jackie?" he asked despite the fact that he had full knowledge of her untimely passing. Jackson believes this glaring error is proof that the 79-year-old president should be tested.
"It doesn't take a neurologist to realize he's in serious cognitive decline," Jackson said. "The American people know what's going on here, and they don't think the commander in chief is capable of doing his job."
"It's past time for White House staff and the liberal media to stop shielding him from questions about his mental acuity and demand he answer my call for a cognitive test," Jackson claimed. As Jackson charged, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre covered for Biden when pressed for answers.
She repeatedly claimed Walorski was "top of mind" for Biden in an attempt to explain away the grave mistake. However, this incident is just one in a string lately that has proved Biden has serious problems with his mental acuity.
In July, Biden apparently read lines that were meant as stage direction from the teleprompter during a speech. Surgeon and vice chairman for the GOP Doctors Caucus Rep. Greg Murphy (R-NC) said those "kinds of senseless gaffes have become par for the course for this president."
Biden wanders aimlessly, shakes hands with the air, and now calls out for dead people. There's something seriously wrong with him, and it's too much to cover up any longer.
