The Biden administration's Customs and Border Protection (CBP) mobile app has released almost 80,000 migrants into the U.S. in under four months.
The CBP One app serves as the latest addition to a growing number of tools allowing a record number of illegal immigrants into the nation under the president's open border policies.

"DHS data published by the Associated Press reveals that close to 80,000 foreign nationals have been admitted to the U.S. interior through the mobile app from January 12 to the beginning of May. On average, more than 1,000 foreign nationals are scheduling appointments at the border and subsequently being released," Breitbart News reported.
"This lone Catch and Release pathway, the data indicates, has funneled a foreign population to the U.S. that is more than twice the size of Panama City, Florida, and about half the size of Charleston, South Carolina," it added.
Texas AG Paxton slaps Biden admin with lawsuit over use of CBP One app: 'Pre-approving more foreign aliens' https://t.co/Lr0vIWQkeQ

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the Biden administration earlier in May over the use of the app.
"The lawsuit targets a rule that was proposed earlier this year, and went into effect as the Title 42 public health order ended earlier this month. The rule presumes migrants to be ineligible for asylum if they have entered illegally and have failed to claim asylum in a country through which they have already traveled," Fox News reported.
"While the rule has received criticism from left-wing activists, who say the rule limits who can claim asylum in the U.S., it has also seen criticism from conservatives for the connected use of the CBP One app -- which allows migrants to make appointments at a port of entry to be processed," it added.
Immigrants who enter illegally in Yuma are being bused to the San Ysidro and Otay Mesa ports of entry in San Diego County. From there they are returned to Mexico but are allowed to re-enter the U.S. by applying for “humanitarian parole” via CBP One app. https://t.co/hsOmorlbTL

"Illegal immigrants are being coached to voluntarily withdraw their asylum claims, return to Mexico, and then seek to enter the United States on humanitarian grounds, according to a U.S. Border Patrol union leader," the Epoch Times reported.
The app now sets up the same situation for migrants to continue pouring across the border using a different method.
The Biden administration knows this yet claims the method somehow improves the situation at the border with the new technology.
Instead, the app is being used as part of a scheme by the Biden administration to switch numbers around while still allowing a dangerous open border.
