Remember Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), the kooky old socialist who's extremely wealthy but hates the wealthy class?
According to The Daily Wire, he made headlines again this week during an interview with CNN's Chris Wallace, laying out his plan to crush the billionaire class, starting with confiscating their money.
Among multiple topics, Wallace asked Sanders what it would look like if billionaires were not allowed to exist.

"Sir, you’re saying that billionaires should not exist,” Wallace said. “So are you basically saying that once you get to $999 million, that the government should confiscate all the rest?”
Sanders responded: "I’m saying that we should go back to a very progressive tax policy like what we had under Dwight D. Eisenhower."
Wallace followed up by asking, "Which would mean that, over a billion dollars, it basically all goes to the government?"
Sanders' answer to the questions was just as ridiculous as the topic itself.
"Yeah," Sanders responded. "You may disagree with me, fine. Yeah, I think people can make it on $999 million."

Simply outragious!

Later in the interview, Sanders brought up Wallace's age, which seemed to trigger the former Fox News host.
"Let me all right, look. You poked the bear, I’m gonna go back to age. Honestly. You’re 81 I’m 75. Am I sharp do I think I have the mental acuity I had five or 10 years ago. No, I think I’m pretty good. And to a certain degree, I take a mental acuity test every time I sit down with somebody like you. Do you think maybe you’ve lost a step?" Wallace said at one point.
Sanders responded: "I mean, I let other people make that decision. I think you’re doing pretty well. I’ll vote to keep you on the station here, how’s that?"
Thank goodness this whacky, elderly senator isn't running this country, and never will because of his anti-capitalist views.
