During Biden’s final year in office, he was interviewed by Special Counsel Robert Hur regarding the handling of classified information.
In the aftermath of that interview, Biden claimed Hur brought up his son’s death (Beau Biden). Now that audio has been released, and it makes it look far worse for Biden than previously thought.
I have always stated that Biden is a serial liar, and the audio proves that as well as a few other things.
After Hur announced that Biden came off as a kindly old man with a bad memory, stating he was not going to prosecute because he thought a jury would be empathetic to Biden, Joe went on the attack to defend himself.
At the heart of Hur’s assessment was the fact that Biden could not remember exactly when his son had died.
Biden responded to that particular part of the interview, stating, “How in the hell dare he raise that. Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself it wasn’t any of their damn business.”
First and foremost, the audio showed that it was Biden who spoke about Beau’s death, speaking about his post-vice presidency, which is wrong.
Biden stated, “I don’t know. This is, what, 2017, 2018, that area?” Biden continued, “Remember, in this time frame, my son is either been deployed or is dying.” Beau Biden died in 2015.
Biden was clearly struggling to recall facts, with one of his advisers chiming in to remind him of the exact year Beau died.
Here is the video that was posted online, and you can hear in Biden’s voice that he is pretty clueless and struggling mightily to recall facts. It is quite easy to conclude that Biden’s mental cognizance was failing here…

Since Joe Biden left office, numerous members of the media who refused to report on Biden’s decline have magically published books within weeks or months of Biden leaving office. I can tell you flat-out, these books were in the works while Biden was still in office because you cannot possibly put a book together that quickly and have it on the shelves.
To that point, legal expert Jonathan Turley called out the media for now profiting from the story of Biden’s presidency that it refused to report on in real time. Turley stated, “The interview shows that in 2023 it was clear that Biden was mentally diminished despite claims from many allies and former aides that there was a sudden loss of capacity just before the disastrous debate in 2024. I
“It is now undeniable that the White House staff actively hid the president's incompetence from the American public. That includes the White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki (who left her post in May 2022) and her successor, Karine Jean-Pierre, who insisted that Biden was sharp and ‘running circles’ around the staff.”
Jake Tapper, who just published his book on the Biden mental decline, once lambasted Lara Trump, saying she was making fun of Biden’s stutter to push the talking point of Biden’s decline. Joe Scarborough, infamously told his viewers, "Start your tape right now because I’m about to tell you the truth. And eff you if you can’t handle the truth. This version of Biden intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever. Not a close second. And I have known him for years…If it weren’t the truth, I wouldn’t say it.” They lied, and they knew they were lying solely to try to keep Trump out of the White House. And now, as Turley noted, they are all profiting off a story they refused to report in real time.
