New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham stunned the entire nation last week when she issued an unconstitutional order banning open and concealed carry across Albuquerque and the surrounding Bernalillo County for the next month.
Grisham issued the order in a knee-jerk reaction, at best, to combat escalating gun violence, under the guise of a "public health order." As anyone knows, law-abiding citizens are absolutely not the cause of gun violence anywhere in the United States.
A federal judge, appointed by President Joe Biden, finally stepped in and put a halt to her absurd order, blocking key parts of it.
Fox News noted:
U.S. District Court Judge David Urias issued the order on Wednesday, blocking the portion of the order that prohibits lawful gun owners from carrying their guns in public for 30 days, ruling that it's not enforceable.
The judge held nothing back in his order, writing, "The violation of a constitutional right, even for minimal periods of time, unquestionably constitutes irreparable injury."

Backlash from all sides of the political spectrum, including staunch anti-gun advocates, absolutely torched the deranged New Mexico governor for directly violating Americans' constitutional rights.
For her part, Grisham issued a statement in the wake of the federal judge's ruling, making herself look even more ridiculous, if that's even possible.
"Today a judge temporarily blocked sections of our public health order but recognized the significant problem of gun violence in this state, particularly involving the deaths of children," she wrote.
She added, "As governor, I see the pain of families who lost their loved ones to gun violence every single day, and I will never stop fighting to prevent other families from enduring these tragedies."
Calls for impeachment have erupted, and the governor is already facing serious legal action from gun-lobbying groups, such as the National Rifle Association (NRA).

While she might have thought she was scoring points with the radical Democrats in her party, she did just the opposite, and now her career is on the line.
Hopefully, she's either impeached, recalled, or resigns in total disgrace.
