President Joe Biden is making sacrifices, but not the good or noble kind. A recent bombshell report warned that by pulling available U.S. Air Marshals away from the skies to the southern U.S. border, a disaster is looming.
There are plenty of things wrong in America on President Joe Biden's watch. From the economy to the southern U.S. border, it's all bad news.
But there are plenty of situations that don't necessarily make the national news cycle. Taking Air Marshals away from the planes because the southern border is overrun means that terrorists, who are nothing if not intensely patient, now have a golden opportunity to conduct another 9/11-style attack.
And that's exactly what one Air Marshal's union leader said.
Air Marshal National Council Executive Director Sonia Labosco said that for the sake of Americans' safety, U.S. Marshals trained to protect airplanes must be sent back to their primary jobs.
"We have been decimated. We have been depleted. We're on less than 1 percent of flights. These ground-based duties that they're pulling us out of the sky to go to the border are just demolishing our chances at stopping another 9/11," Labosco said.
But the situation is about to become exponentially worse for the Biden administration.
According to the Washington Examiner, reports have emerged that a large contingent of U.S. Air Marshals are planning an open "mutiny" against the administration.
SCOOP: Federal air marshals who were pulled from planes and sent to the border are "heating up sandwiches," driving immigrants in custody to the hospital, and effectively babysitting adults who are already in confined spaces — not law enforcement work.https://t.co/4dsEf85wn0

"The rank and file air marshals are going to refuse to deploy and risk termination," said David Londo, president of the Air Marshal National Council. "You're almost going to have a mutiny of a federal agency, which is unheard of."
"Morale is so destroyed from this," said Londo. "I've never seen anything like this."
The Examiner added, "In mid-2021, the Federal Air Marshal Service asked for volunteers willing to go to the southern border for 30 days and help process the growing number of illegal immigrants in custody. Earlier this month, the government changed course and announced that the deployments would become mandatory."
So far, over a dozen have refused orders to deploy again. The Biden administration has ordered 150 Air Marshals to the border by Dec. 7.
Hopefully, they gain more support and take a stand, because it's time that someone fights back.
