Prince Andrew reportedly made harsh comments about Kate Middleton sparking feud with Prince William

Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, has reportedly stirred a royal storm with unkind jabs at Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, driving a wedge between himself and his nephew, Prince William.

The New York Post reported that Andrew’s alleged rude remarks about Kate have fueled a bitter feud with William, the future king, while frustrations over Andrew’s past controversies and behavior only deepen the rift.

Prince Andrew, now 65, has long been a sidelined figure in the royal family, estranged from both William, 43, and Prince Harry for years.

According to royal biographer Andrew Lownie, Andrew’s comments about Kate were not just offhand—they were downright “nasty,” born out of jealousy over her pivotal role in the monarchy after Queen Elizabeth II’s passing.

“I can’t see how anyone could make unkind comments about Kate when she’s been the family’s saving grace,” Lownie told Radar Online. Well, jealousy doesn’t bow to grace, and Andrew’s envy seems to have trumped any sense of decorum.

What exactly was said remains a mystery, but the damage is clear: William and Andrew’s relationship has crumbled under the weight of these remarks.

William’s Frustration Boils Over Andrew’s Behavior

William, the Prince of Wales, reportedly views his uncle as a persistent “problem,” a sentiment that’s grown stronger over recent years.

Add to that Andrew’s past associations with controversial figures like Jeffrey Epstein and an alleged Chinese spy, Yang Tengbo, and it’s no surprise that William and Kate see him as a “risk” to the monarchy’s stability.

“William has a very strong sense of public duty and is doing his best to keep the show on the road,” Lownie noted. Yet, one wonders if babysitting a wayward uncle was ever part of the royal job description.

Insiders claim William has already decided Andrew’s fate within the monarchy, ruling out any chance of him returning as a working royal under his future reign.

That’s not all—William is reportedly itching to evict Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, from Royal Lodge in Windsor, their home since 2004. Talk about a royal eviction notice!

“If Charles doesn’t, I guarantee you the first thing William does when he eventually becomes king is to get them evicted,” a source revealed in Lownie’s book. It’s a stark reminder that even family ties can’t protect against accountability in the House of Windsor.

Family Unity Tested by Andrew’s Actions

Lownie paints a picture of a royal family striving for unity, with King Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Edward, and William pulling together—only to be undermined by Andrew’s antics.

“Everyone is pulling together... but the whole side has been let down by Prince Andrew,” Lownie said.

From a conservative lens, this saga underscores the importance of personal responsibility, even among the elite—something too often ignored in today’s culture of endless excuses.

While empathy for Andrew’s fall from grace is warranted, his apparent inability to respect family boundaries, especially toward someone as dedicated as Kate, raises serious questions about his place in the monarchy.
