The 2020 election is heating up, and voters are finally being forced to make a real decision about who they’re going to vote for, putting Joe Biden’s health back in the spotlight.
Polls highlighted by the liberal media show Joe Biden taking a commanding lead over Donald Trump, but they’re curiously ignoring the fact that nearly 40 percent of likely voters and 20 percent of Democrats believe Joe Biden could be diagnosed with some form of dementia.
A Rassmussen survey conducted from June 25-28 among 1,000 likely voters asked participants: “From what you have seen and read, do you believe Joe Biden is suffering from some form of dementia?”
A shocking 38 percent of voters overall responded that they believe he has dementia, while one in five from his own party agreed.
A Zogby poll released in mid-June reported similar findings, though 55 percent of respondents to that survey revealed that they believe Biden is “more likely” to have dementia than not.
Even more telling is the fact that regardless of what the respondent believed either way, an overwhelming majority of respondents to the Rassmussen poll — 61 percent — believe that dementia rumors are an issue Biden needs to address publically.
Biden hasn’t responded to growing rumors that he’s experiencing cognitive decline. In fact, it seems that every public appearance he makes produces another gaffe or obvious memory lapse that compounds concerns about his physical and mental health.
Instead of addressing the issue head-on, the Biden campaign has taken a different route: Deflection. The liberal media exploded in speculation about President Trump’s health when he slowly and carefully descended the ramp after his recent commencement address and West Point — an almost cartoonish attempt to redirect attention from Biden’s endless string of gaffes.
It didn’t work, though. Polls specifically addressing issues with Biden’s health continue to return results that don’t look good for Joe, and the Trump campaign is already using them to attack Biden from every side.
