Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy continued his call for a no-fly zone over his nation in a Sunday video as American leaders hold back over concerns about causing a new world war.
Zelensky posted the video to Twitter on Sunday morning in an effort to protect his nation’s people.

“We repeat everyday: ‘Close the sky over Ukraine!'” the English subtitles read.
American leaders fear protecting a no-fly zone would lead to direct war between the U.S. and Russia.
“It’s not just some rule you pass that everybody has to oblige by. It’s the willingness to shoot down the aircraft of the Russian Federation, which is basically the beginning of World War III,” Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio told ABC’s “This Week.”

The solution seems more complicated as the days pass, but something needs to be done as Russia continues to kill innocent Ukrainians in its invasion.
