Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” hosted Tucker Carlson, has quickly grown into a fan favorite on the cable news network, which is especially impressive given that it’s only been on the airwaves for a mere four years.
This week, according to The Washington Examiner, Carlson and Fox News received official news that the hard-hitting show smashed an all-time record in cable news programming history by bringing in a staggering average nightly audience of 5.4 million viewers, as Nielsen Media Research data indicated for the month of October.
The total monthly viewership marks the highest-rated month in cable news history, busting through previous records set by some of the network’s most legendary personalities.

Adding icing to his proverbial ratings cake, Carlson can also claim the title of being the first cable news host in twelve years to bring in 1 million viewers from the highly-coveted 25-54 demographic.
While Carlson is the star of the ratings show at the moment, several of his colleagues and the network itself also claimed record viewership ratings. Host Sean Hannity broke his all-time viewership ratings record since he launched his show in 2009.
Another special record was set by Fox News primetime host Laura Ingraham, who managed to bring in enough viewers to now be known as the “most-watched female host in history,” according to Fox News.
Carlson likely added huge numbers to his record after a highly-anticipated interview with former Hunter Biden associate Tony Bobulinski aired on Tuesday night, in which the whistleblower and former military officer revealed a number of potentially campaign-wrecking details concerning former Vice President Joe Biden’s involvement in a number of his son’s business dealings.
Many social media users praised Carlson for being virtually one of the only mainstream media journalists to investigate the bombshell Hunter Biden email scandal, with conservative comedian James Woods telling his 2.6 million Twitter followers that Carlson deserves a Pulitzer Prize for his reporting.
If @TuckerCarlson does not win the Pulitzer this year, the prize no longer has any meaning whatsoever. Meanwhile Democrat lapdogs like Jake Tapper are meticulously defending and “libsplaining” Twitter’s censorship of the New York Post, which broke the story originally.

Carlson, who has never been afraid to ask his guests the most difficult questions, is well-deserving of his tremendous ratings dominance. He should be nothing less than a textbook model for future cable news journalists to follow.
