Former President Donald Trump’s new Truth Social network has announced President’s Day, Feb. 21, as its official launch date.
The app is currently available for pre-order as the new Trump media group seeks to build a new network free from the censorship issues associated with Big Tech.
TRUTH Social, a platform created as the former president’s attempt to “stand up to the tyranny of Big Tech,” will finally be available to the public on Feb. 21, Presidents Day.
The app is now available for preorder on the App Store.

“The Trump Media & Technology Group, which owns TRUTH Social, has made a profit so far despite the app’s sluggish launch,” the Washington Examiner reported.
“The company raised $1 billion in investments in November through a special purpose acquisition company, and last year, Rep. Devin Nunes also announced his intentions to leave Congress to become TMTG’s new CEO,” it added.

“Various branches of Republican political organizations are already making use of the app. The National Republican Senatorial Committee has created an arrangement in which usernames can be reserved on the platform in exchange for donations,” Just the News reported.
