The report issued by Special Counsel, Robert Mueller, was for many a disappointment. For others, it felt like a vindication.
President Donald Trump is clearly in the latter camp.

Tuesday morning, Trump made it clear he still had the Mueller report on his mind.
“These were Mueller prosecutors, and the whole Mueller investigation was illegally set up based on a phony and now fully discredited Fake Dossier, lying and forging documents to the FISA Court, and many other things, Trump tweeted. “Everything having to do with this fraudulent investigation is…badly tainted and, in my opinion, should be thrown out.”
But Trump didn’t stop at the mere allegation. He continued to say if he was not the President, he would take the matter to court.
“Even Mueller’s statement to Congress that he did not see me to become the FBI Director (again), has been proven false,” Trump said. The whole deal was a total SCAM. If I wasn’t President, I’d be suing everyone all over the place…”

The Mueller report was the result of 675 days of investigation efforts and involved the questioning of 500 witnesses. The Mueller report found no evidence of Trump conspiring with Russia. Trump called the report a “complete and total exoneration.”
Trump’s third tweet on the topic this morning show he still sees the report as vindication and its participants as biased actors.
“….BUT MAYBE I STILL WILL. WITCH HUNT!” Trump tweeted.
