Trump offers negotiation skills to bring end to Russia-Ukraine conflict

As the conflict in Ukraine rages on, former President Donald Trump has stepped forward to offer President Joe Biden the use of his formidable negotiation skills to resolve the crisis once and for all, in a move all but certain to have infuriated the current administration, as the Washington Examiner reports.

Trump's comments came amid multiple explosions and near the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines in the Baltic Sea and the subsequent leaks that transpired, occurrences NATO has just declared to be "the result of deliberate, reckless, and irresponsible acts of sabotage," as Fox News noted.

Underscoring the very real dangers those recent developments represent, Trump utilized his Truth Social platform on Wednesday to suggest that he possesses the unique insights and abilities needed to unite the parties in compromise.

"Everyone is talking about the big hurricane barreling into Florida, as they should be, but perhaps a far more important event in the longer term was the announcement that Nord Stream I & II Pipelines out of Russia (which I brought to the World's attention as President when I explained how crippling reliance on it could be for Germany and other parts of Europe. Everybody laughed at the time, but they are not laughing anymore!) has been SABOTAGED," Trump wrote.

"This could lead to major escalation, or War!" the former President further cautioned.

Given the very high stakes at play, Trump said, "U.S.' Leadership' should remain 'cool, calm, and dry' on the SABOTAGE of the Nord Stream Pipelines. This is a big event that should not entail a big solution, at least not yet."

"The Russia/Ukraine catastrophe should NEVER have happened, and would definitely not have happened if I were president," Trump continued.

Seemingly casting doubt on the current administration's capacity to navigate this foreign policy minefield, Trump advised, "Do not make matters worse with the pipeline blowup. Be strategic, be smart (brilliant!), get a negotiated deal done NOW. Both sides need and want it. The entire world is at stake. I will head up group???"

In light of the fears previously expressed by Trump and others that Biden's cognitive decline and his administration's uncritical determination to keep funneling billions to Ukraine could ultimately lead the U.S. into World War III, that is an offer countless of Americans fervently wish the current President would accept.
