Supreme Court to take up cases likely not favorable to Biden admin

As President Joe Biden and his administration continue to deal with the growing scrutiny regarding his ongoing classified documents scandal, the White House took another hit concerning two massive U.S. Supreme Court cases.

The high court announced it would hear two specific cases that the Biden administration definitely didn't want in court, The Conservative Brief noted.

The Conservative Brief noted: "One case could scale back the reach of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the other involves an attempt to revive a rule that screens out potentially government-dependent immigrants."

With a conservative majority Supreme Court bench, it's no wonder the Biden administration doesn't want to take chances on a ruling that would blow their narrative.

The Supreme Court also has its own problems in the form of public relations and trust issues.

According to NPR, the high court's chief investigative officer released its final report on the outcome of the massive investigation to determine who leaked the draft of the Dobbs decision that would ultimately overturn Roe v. Wade.

Unfortunately for America and for the shattered trust in the high court, the leaker wasn't identified.

NPR noted: "The report follows an eight-month investigation — conducted by Court Marshal Gail Curley with a team of investigators — ordered by Chief Justice John Roberts to ferret out the leaker."

Overall, 97 employees at the Supreme Court were interviewed and investigated. Some of the employees, the outlet noted, were interviewed on multiple occasions.

Still, with the unlimited resources available, including America's best and brightest investigators, the one person or persons who leaked the monumental draft decision will go unknown.

Between the documents scandal, the unfavorable upcoming Supreme Court cases for this term, a Republican majority in the House, and optics problems at the highest levels of government, the Biden era is nothing less than a total disaster and a stain on American history.

Hopefully, American voters will come to their senses in 2024 and install a Republican president who knows how to lead and make America great again.
