Singer Nolan Neal, ex-‘Voice,’ ‘America’s Got Talent’ contestant, dies at 41

The entertainment world is mourning the news that Nolan Neal, singer, songwriter, and former contestant on America’s Got Talent and The Voice, died suddenly on Monday at the young age of 41, as TMZ reports.

Neal’s death in his Nashville apartment was confirmed to the outlet by his cousin, Dylan Seals.

According to local police, Neal’s roommate contacted authorities when he found the singer unresponsive in a bedroom, and it was further reported that on a desk close to the body was a guitar pick on which white powdery residue was seen.

Though no determination has yet been made regarding a final cause of death, Neal had previously gone public with his personal battles with substance abuse and addiction.

In a 2020 interview, as Fox News noted, Neal addressed those struggles in detail, explaining, “I remember I got clean in 2010; May 15, went to rehab. Stayed clean.”

“I joined the rock band Hinder, they were all about drinking and partying. This is not their fault. I had decided I wanted to drink like a normal person. I remember trying to be normal and fitting in. I remember going to a bar and ordering a drink. I tried to hide it,” Neal added. “I tried to hide it. I remember pretending to be normal. I was just lying to myself, telling myself that I could control it.”

Though he indicated that he went off the rails a bit while competing on NBC’s The Voice back in 2016, he eventually took control and found a path to sobriety that seemed to work, noting, “I found happiness by helping others in recovery. I found a way to be happy without the things I thought made me happy before.”

Following his eventual elimination from his stint on The Voice, Neal re-emerged as a contestant on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, making it as far as the quarterfinals on that show’s 15th season.

Fondly remembering his late cousin, Seals remarked, “He was a natural-born entertainer, and it was obvious to all of us from an early age,” noting that in addition to the legions of fans whose hearts he won while on stage, left behind to cherish Neal’s memory are two children as well as his mother.

The words come just a week after California Democratic Rep. Judy Chu introduced the Women’s Health Protection Act to protect abortion access. The move marked a strong sign that Democrats won’t stop pressing abortion legislation.
In contrast, 13 states have trigger laws that further limited abortion after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. Many other conservative states have also added new laws or are in the process of doing so as laws concerning abortion have been returned to individual states.
“Among those who said he shouldn’t run, the most common reason given was that ‘he’s a bad president’ (45%), followed by ‘he’s too old’ (30%), and ‘it’s time for a change’ (26%),” Mediaite reported.
“Just 28% either strongly or somewhat approve of his handling of inflation, while 32% approve of his handling of the economy overall,” it added.
Among the Democrats affiliated with the non-profit are Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar and Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib.
In every meaningful respect, AMP/AJP is nothing more than a disguised continuance of IAP/AMS — stripped of the burden of the Boim Judgement and the ignominy of having been found liable for aiding and abetting the murder of an American teenager,” a 2017 lawsuit
“AMP/AJP are the alter egos and successors of IAP/AMS, and are therefore liable for the unpaid portion of the Boim Judgement,” it added.
Among the Democrats affiliated with the non-profit are Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar and Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib.
The case involved the murder of David Boim, who was 17 when shot by members of Hamas in the West Bank in 1996.

The Biden administration wants an open border so criminals and terrorists can waltz right into the United States. So, of course, it loathes border security agents.
Wolf: On Sept. 19, 2021, photographers captured images of Border Patrol agents on horseback patrol trying to prevent illegal aliens from crossing the border near Del Rio, Texas. To any reasonable person, the photos showed Border Patrol agents controlling their horses in rough terrain while trying to prevent the rush of Haitian migrants from getting past them. The only thing “newsworthy” about these photos at the time should have been a visual confirmation of a border crisis driven by eight months of the new administration’s refusal to enforce immigration laws. Instead, the Biden administration jumped to politically convenient yet incorrect conclusions and vilified Border Patrol agents for doing their job.
In lockstep with the mainstream media, the Biden administration immediately amplified a lie that the Border Patrol agents were whipping the illegal aliens. President Joe Biden said, “It’s horrible what you saw. To see people like they did, with horses, running them over, people being strapped, it’s outrageous.”
