Senate hearing on election security: ‘The fraud happened’

In a Senate hearing on election security, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) defied the growing GOP party line to speak out against the rampant election fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

The fraud happened. The election in many ways was stolen, and the only way it’ll be fixed is by in the future reinforcing the laws.

Paul rightly pointed out that election laws need to be reinforced in the future to prevent another stolen election. But, the laws in battleground states were circumvented by lawyers, judges, and election officials.

With Joe Biden in the White House and Democrats running the House, the Senate has little chance of strengthening anything. The work will have to be done by vigilant state legislators.

Rebuking the Democrats, the mainstream media, and cowardly Republicans, Paul addressed the tactic of denying that election fraud happened.

We can’t just say, ‘It didn’t happen. We can’t just say, ‘Oh, 4,000 people voted in Nevada that were noncitizens, and we’re just going to ignore it.

Others testified in the Senate hearing, including attorney Jesse Binnall, who testified about election fraud in Nevada. In his address to the Senate, Binnall confirmed that “the election was inevitably riddled with fraud.”

To put it simply. Our evidence has never been refuted, only ignored.

Listen to Binnal detail election fraud in Nevada.

Binnall went on to identify 130,000 unique instances of voter fraud. Courts across the land have refused to examine the evidence, which does not prove that election fraud didn’t happen, but only that courts refuse to hear the cases.

Concluding his speech, Binnall powerfully pointed out that voter fraud is voter suppression, and it disenfranchised Americans. “Every single time a fraudulent or illegal vote is cast, the vote of an honest citizen is canceled out.”
