Scottsdale Unified School District parents were outraged to discover a school board member had shared access to the personal information, including social security numbers and financial records.
The folders in the online drive included the labels “SUSD Wackos,” “Press Conference Psychos” and “Anti Mask Lunatics,” revealing sorting by a school board member to target those who had spoken out on the topics, according to The Daily Caller.

Amanda Wray called the effort “unhinged.”
School board prez of Scottsdale Unified School District accidentally sent to a parent a Google drive of info about parents he targeted, including pic of moms w their kids in public & videos describing his stalking. This is unhinged. @AmandaWray https://t.co/ricvg1Zn8E

The effort is among the most concerning among recent actions by school board to push back against parents speaking out on school issues.
Merrick Garland recent appeared before a Senate committee after sending a memo about targeting outspoken parents at school board meetings.
His letter came after a National School Board Association letter to the Biden administration asking the government to investigate unruly parents as “domestic terrorists.”
The school board association later apologized over its letter. Garland has not retracted his letter or view.
