School leader fired after leading district’s social justice plans

An Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) administrator was fired Monday after sharing information with the media about a controversial racial justice speaker series.

Among concerns shared by teacher Tony Kinnett were, “Quoting Dr. Payne’s racist comments to students.”

“Yes, I suppose whistleblowing the actions of IPS would impair their ability to lie to parents about it,” he concluded.

IPS also “told principals at the beginning of the year that if a parent asked if you’re teaching Critical Race Theory in your school, you tell them no,” Kinnett told the Daily Caller.

“It’s embarrassing that I worked for a district and I put so much time and effort into a district that fires teachers for holding different political views,” he added.

The controversy may only be starting, as the vocal teacher plans to continue his efforts exposing the school’s radical views.
