Republican Senate candidate airs ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ Super Bowl ad

Pennsylvania Republican Senate candidate Dave McCormick launched a Super Bowl ad with a “Let’s go Brandon” reference against President Joe Biden.

McCormick’s ad aired throughout Pennsylvania during the big game to reach the largest statewide audience possible with the message condemning Biden’s failures in office.

“The issues we are facing are so much bigger than ‘Brandon,'” McCormick told Fox News. “The frustration and anger we are feeling toward the failures of our current leadership in Washington is what motivated me to run.”

“Whether it’s not being able to afford gas or groceries because of record-high inflation, rampant crime in our cities, a dramatic spike in the trafficking of fentanyl and human exploitation across open borders, or the disgraceful lack of accountability for the death of 13 young service members in Afghanistan – these problems were self-inflicted by Joe Biden and the extreme policies of the left,” he added.

McCormick’s attempt to defeat retiring Sen. Pat Toomey is expected to be one of the most expensive Senate campaigns in history. Republicans are determined to keep the seat to stop Democrats from taking another spot in the current 50-50 divide.

Any gains alongside his win could also give the GOP a new Senate majority, flipping the power to help stop Biden’s progressive agenda.
