A new report has revealed then-Vice President Joe Biden allegedly met with his son Hunter Biden’s international business partners during a Washington dinner in 2015.
The New York Post shared on Wednesday that Biden knew about his son’s business operations despite his statements that he was unaware of Hunter’s activities.
The story shared portions of an email from Vadym Pozharskyi sent to Hunter to thank him for the opportunity to meet his father during a D.C. dinner. The email was dated April 17, 2015.
““Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together,” Pozharskyi wrote. “It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure,” according to the Post’s account.
The email reportedly comes from Hunter Biden’s famous laptop. The laptop and its contents served as a key part of then-President Donald Trump’s attacks on Biden during 2020 presidential debates.
In a related email in the Post article, Hunter Biden wrote, “Ok – the reason for the dinner is ostensibly to discuss food security.”
The message, sent by Hunter on March 26, 2015, to Michael Karloutsos, said, “Dad will be there, but keep that between us for now. Thanks.”
The messages reveal the president may have been aware of much more information than he has revealed. Further investigation will certainly continue into the connections between Hunter, his father and the many international business pursuits the younger Biden as found on his laptop.
