“Over the course of Putin’s 23-year rule, the country doesn’t know a word of truth about the physical and emotional condition of the person ruling over it,” Proekt Editor-in-Chief Roman Badanin said in a video defending the investigation, according to the Washington Examiner.
The report also noted Putin receiving a treatment in which he bathed in the blood of deer antlers.

The odd treatment and full report have received a new level of interest as Putin has invaded Ukraine.
The new information also notes Putin’s health has not always been as strong as publicly revealed, a growing issue for Russia and for the rest of the world in the wake of his Ukrainian invasion.
