Loudoun County rapist added to sex offender registry

The Loudoun County student accused of raping a girl in a high school restroom was reportedly added to the sex offender registry on Wednesday.

Loudoun Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court Judge Pamela Brooks made the ruling in the former student’s case. Sentencing will be made at a later date.

The mother of a victim said “These horrific sexual assaults should have never occurred. There were people who could have turned it around.”

The first case of sexual assault occurred in May 2021. The student was transferred to another school in the district despite school board members being aware of the assault.

A second incident then occurred at the second school.

The concerning case has been one of many high-profile situations at Loudoun Country schools that were a prominent part of the Virginia election for governor in 2021.
