Loudoun County Virginia again rocked by sexual assault allegation in school system

Multiple incidents of alleged sexual assault at a middle school are being investigated by the Loudoun County Virginia County Sheriff’s department, according to a report in Daily Caller.

The publication stated that there was more than one incident being reported to authorities, including that at Harmony Middle School and law enforcement was looking into the authenticity of the claim.

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Department told Daily Mail in a statement that a seventh-grade boy at Harmony Middle School was accused of perpetrating the assault according to a Wednesday report.

The pre-teen boy was reportedly “touching other students inappropriately over their clothing,” in one of the incidents, though Troxell did confirm to the publication that there were other reports of incidents happening earlier in the week.

The sexual groping was addressed by a spokeswoman for the family of the child who was allegedly assaulted who said that their family is requesting privacy and is seeking legal counsel in this case.

Further damning evidence came in the form of an email sent to the parents at Harmony Middle School on Thursday when the administration said they were “aware” of the issue and were “taking all the proper steps following such an incident.”

Parents and students are particularly rattled due to recent allegations of sexual assault that were reportedly covered by up by Loudoun County School Board after it was reported to them that a teenage girl was assaulted by a “gender fluid” teen, who was assigned male at birth, in a high school bathroom.

While the school board initially claimed they knew nothing about the “specific claims,” a report from WTOP made it painfully evident that the superintendent knew about the assault the day it happened. The Daily Caller reported that a judge in Loudoun County rendered a guilty verdict to the skirt-wearing boy who assaulted his female classmate.
