The D.C. Circuit Court rejected a claim by business groups to double the number of foreign visa worker graduates able to come to America for jobs.

“What that does is it lowers the supply of [foreign] workers coming in,” Kevin Lynn, founder of U.S. Tech Workers, told Breitbart News.
“That’s a benefit to have the American workers who are grappling with job insecurity, offshoring, and outsourcing of their jobs,” he added.
The ruling may come as a frustration to some companies in need of certain workers, but is good news for American college graduates competing for high education jobs.
President Joe Biden has continued to grow the population of foreign visa workers as much as possible across various levels.
Breitbart News said, “This indentured ‘green card workforce’ of at least one million visa workers allows U.S. investors to shrink Americans’ salaries.”
This one million number includes approximately 480,000 foreign graduates, according to FWD.us.
The ruling should help push back the Biden administration’s plans to increase visa workers to some extent, while offering a stronger job market to the next generation of American workers.
