Joe Biden's White House to deploy social media influencers to sing his praises

As speculation grows concerning when President Joe Biden will formally announce his candidacy for 2024, the White House is already thinking ahead.

According to the Washington Examiner, Biden and his team seem to have the young vote in mind, and they will reportedly use popular social platforms and popular influencers to make that happen.

The White House also revealed that it will seek to target moms who get most of their information digitally.

"We're trying to reach young people, but also moms who use different platforms to get information and climate activists and people whose main way of getting information is digital," White House deputy chief of staff Jen O'Malley Dillon said, according to Axios.

"Joe Biden’s now inviting an army of young people to post for him on a Chinese spy app. The man’s now buying influencers because he can’t influence anyone himself," Fox News host Jesse Watters tweeted, referring to TikTok.

The Examiner noted:

A few of the enlisted influencers include 20-year-old TikTok creator Harry Sisson, Boston College professor, and Twitter user Heather Cox Richardson, and financial Tiktoker Vivian Tu.

Axios noted that the group heading up the social media influencer push for Biden include four White House staffers. None of the staffers, as of yet, work for Biden's campaign.

The report added that "hundreds" of influencers could be deployed and have been given some level of access to the White House. The influencers working for the White House team will be unpaid.

Shockingly, the influencers could also have their own press briefing room at the White House, or possibly remotely.

Axios called the development "unprecedented."

Another major hint that the ploy is to drum up much-needed support for the president in the 2024 race, should he run, is that the team will be setting up localized influencer groups that Biden's team can tap when the president travels to their state.

One can presume that the team will heavily focus on a handful of swing states that Biden will undoubtedly visit in the coming months.

Only time will tell if the idea works. It's no wonder they want to focus on the younger demographic, as they tend not to be as aware of the current disaster unfolding in the White House. Sadly, many will vote for Biden simply because they're brainwashed on social media to do so.
